Decarbonise the Heat.

Industrial steam and process heat — without the fossil fuel. RORO replaces combustion with patented, renewable-powered induction technology, delivering zero-carbon steam that fits into the factory you already run.

Our goal: help cut global industrial CO₂ emissions by ~15% over the next 15 years.

01 The problem

The hardest emissions to cut are hiding in industrial heat.

Around 80% of industrial processes rely on steam — and most of it is still produced by burning coal and natural gas. Process heat is one of the hardest utilities to decarbonise without disrupting production. Meanwhile, European and UK buyers are demanding lower-carbon manufacturing from their suppliers. The pressure is real — and combustion-based steam is running out of road.

“The industrial sector uses 60% of the world economy to obtain heat — recklessly using all kinds of resources, especially fossil fuels.”

02 The solution

Meet RORO Power — patented induction steam, powered by renewables.

RORO Power replaces the combustion burner with an electrically driven, patented induction system. It takes renewable electricity — solar, wind, or grid — converts a standard 50 Hz supply into a high-frequency induction regime around 1 kHz, and heats a specially designed steel boiler to produce process steam with near-zero direct CO₂ emissions. Modular, configurable and retrofit-friendly: built to slot into the factory you already have.

03 How it works

From clean electricity to controllable steam.

  1. 01

    Energy input

Solar, wind and grid electricity feed the system — no combustion burner, no fuel line, no flue.

  2. 02

    Power conversion

RORO Power converts a standard 50 Hz supply into high-frequency induction energy at around 1 kHz for fast, efficient heat transfer.

  3. 03

    Induction heating

An electrolytic copper coil creates a magnetic field that heats the steel boiler body directly — clean, fast and precisely controllable.

  4. 04

    Steam generation

Heat transfers into water; pressure rises; controllable steam is delivered to the process line at the flow, pressure and temperature you specify.

  5. 05

    Smart control

PLC/SCADA sensors and an AI-assisted layer regulate output, quality and safety — with full data logging for auditable reporting.

04 The system, live

Watch electricity become zero-carbon steam.

The complete operating principle in a 30-second loop — renewable input, RORO Power conversion, induction heating, controllable process steam.

Solar, wind or grid electricity → RORO Power conversion → induction-heated boiler → zero-carbon process steam.
05 Why RORO

Engineered for the plant floor, not the lab bench.

Cost-effective

Delivers cost-effective steam and heat, with measurable savings in both time and operating cost.

Simple integration

Integrates seamlessly with boilers, kilns, dryers and more — fitting any facility’s heat conditions in a compact footprint.

Continuous

Highly available, dispatchable heat 24/7 — with controllable flow rates and temperatures matched to demand.

Minimal maintenance

High durability, minimal annual downtime, low maintenance cost — and a 40+ year design lifespan.

High temperature

Fully variable and controllable temperature — from low-temperature loads up to 1,500 °C applications.

Intrinsically safe

No open flame, no thermal runaway. The unpressurised system is designed to meet or exceed safety standards.

Solving industry’s toughest heat problem — your biggest advantage is significant savings in both time and cost.

06 Measurable impact

Not a promise. A measurable number.

Annual carbon savings per single RORO unit — based on 300 kg/h steam and 8,760 hours of continuous operation.
